§ LORD JOHN MANNERSSir, I hope before the end of the month to ask leave to introduce a Bill on the subject of Copyright. As to the second part of the Question, no arrangement has been come to with the United States Government for the appointing of an International Commission, nor am I aware that any such arrangement is in contemplation.
