§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, as the composition of this Commission is under the consideration of the Government, I cannot answer the Question of my hon. Friend precisely; but I can assure him that his suggestion, and others that may be made, shall have the careful consideration of the Government.
