§ MR. J. LOWTHERI find that the facts are not quite accurately stated in the Question, as the clerk of the Guardians was not the only informant of the Local Government Board, the complaint being referred to the Guardians themselves and by a majority declared to be unfounded. However, since my attention was called to the matter by the Question of the hon. Member, I am inquiring into it in order to see whether any further investigation is called for.
