HC Deb 07 July 1879 vol 247 c1711

asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether he has yet considered the Report of the Committee which inquired into the question of the service of Officers under twenty years of age and other matters raised in the Debate of the 3rd of March; if he has arrived at any decision on those points; and, whether he has any objection to lay the Report upon the Table?

, in reply, said, the press of other matters had prevented him from getting an opportunity of considering the Report of the Committee. Ho hoped in the course of a few days to have time to look into the matter.
