§ GENERAL SIR GEORGE BALFOURasked the Under Secretary of State for India, If, before the East Indian Railway Bill for the purchase of the Railway is brought on, he will supply the House with a tabulated statement which will give the House information about the entire working of this Railway, so as to exhibit the annual gross traffic re- 1605 ceipts and gross working expenses, net receipts, the capital created, guaranteed interest thereon, excess of that interest over net receipts and debt created, or excess of receipts over the guaranteed interest, portion of that excess paid to the Railway Company, portion appropriated to pay off debt, and the diminished interest debt, with a total of capital and debt on which the purchase-money is based?
