§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERSir, the Government have received a communication on this subject, which is substantially the same as that which has already appeared in the newspapers, with regard both to the disturbances at Cairo and the resignation or dismissal of Nubar Pasha. We have, however, received no information to show that Mr. Rivers Wilson has tendered his resignation.
