asked what would be the order of Business to-morrow; whether, considering the "accident" of last evening, the Mutiny Bill or the adjourned Resolutions upon their mode of procedure would be the first Order on Thursday?

SIR HENRY SELWIN-IBBETSON,

in reply, said, that the Government proposed to postpone the consideration of the Mutiny Bill until to-morrow week, so that the first Order to-morrow would be the adjourned debate on the Business of the House.
