said, he would like to ask the Secretary of State for War a Question of which he had not been able to give him Notice. It was—Whether the sentence of the court martial on Lieutenant Carey had been quashed owing to the illegality or irregularity of the proceedings; and, whether it was true that he was to be sent back to his regiment?
