§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER, in reply, said, he was aware of the inconvenience. The sum at the disposal of the Public Works Loans Board was now reduced to £25; but he did not think, the Government could do anything till the Public Works Loan Pill was passed.
