§ Motion made, and Question proposed, "That this House will resolve itself into the said Committee upon Monday next."
§ SIR DAVID WEDDERBURNsuggested that as there was no opposition to the Bill it should be taken on the present occasion, as it could be run through in a few minutes, and he did not know when the right hon. and learned Lord Advocate expected a proper time for it to be reached, if it was not taken when an opportunity occurred like the present.
§ Question put, and agreed to.
