MR. ASSHETON CROSSSir, my undertaking was to do so not as quickly, but as far as possible, and some steps have already been taken in that direction. I have appointed a small Committee to act in concert with a small Committee appointed by the War Office in considering the question. I hope they will be able to do that during the Recess, and let us know what can be done in the matter.
