said, he was unable at that moment to name a day for the resumption of the debate on the proposal to raise an East Indian Loan. On Thursday the Army Discipline Bill would be taken, and he proposed to ask the House on Tuesday week, the 6th of May, to allow the Government to fix a Morning Sitting for the discussion of the Valuation of Property Bill.
