§ MR. FAWCETTI beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer a Question, of which I have given him private Notice. I wish to know, Whether it is true, as reported by a Reuter's telegram, printed, I think, in all the journals this morning, that General Maude's division has received orders to advance; whether the division is to go to Cabul; whether such an order has been given by the Home authorities; and, if so, what are the reasons for taking such a step?
