reported from the Select Committee on Clare County Writ, That they had considered the matters to them referred, and come to the following Resolutions, which they had directed him to report to the House, to- gether with the Minutes of the Evidence taken before them, and an Appendix. That the office of Attorney General of the Colony of Victoria is an office or place of profit under the Crown within the meaning of the Statutes in that behalf. That Sir Bryan O'Loghlen has since his Election for the county of Clare accepted the said office, and has thereby in the opinion of the Committee vacated his seat.

Report to be considered upon Monday next, and to be printed. [No. 130.]
