moved— That the Orders of the Day subsequent to Ways and Means he postponed until after the Motion for leave to bring in the Criminal Code (Indictable Offences) Bill.

suggested that an opportunity should be given for a discussion of the Land Question as affecting Great Britain and Ireland.
