LOWTHERThere have been suggestions made, with a view to various alterations in the Grand Jury Laws; but I think it is scarcely possible that the Government will be in a position to deal with the question of malicious injuries until the Grand Jury system has been dealt with in the Bill proposed to be introduced this Session.
