ASSHETON CROSSSir, the Herring Fishery Commission Report and Appendix were only delivered at the Home Office on the 12th of April, just before the Recess, and it will be necessary that the Report should be well considered before fresh legislation is resolved upon. I can assure the noble Lord that the matter shall not escape attention.
