NEWDEGATEI beg leave to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, or some other Member of the Government, Whether he can inform the House when the Estimate mentioned by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on Monday last with respect to the removal of troops from India to Malta will be brought under the attention of this House?
