wished to ask a Question of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, of which he had given him private Notice; but if his right hon. Friend preferred it, he would ask the Question on Monday. The Question was, Whether it is true, as stated in the papers of this evening, that Russia has declined to accept the proposal of England to admit Greece to the Congress?
