§ Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Select Committee on the Tramways (Use of Mechanical Power) Bills to consider under what conditions (if at all) the use of steam or 972 other Mechanical Power may be authorised upon Tramways during the present Session, and to take evidence thereon if they shall think fit.
