The Protocol of the 4th day of April 1826, signed at Saint Petersburg; 2. The Treaty between Great Britain, France, and Russia, dated the 12th day of December 1827; 3. Protocol of Conference held at Poros the 12th day of December 1828; 4. Protocol signed at London the 22nd day of March 1829; 5. Protocol of the 3rd day of February 1830?

Sir, there will be no objection to lay the Papers on the Table if the hon. and learned Member will move for them. Perhaps the hon. and learned Member will confer with me or with my hon. Friend the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs as to the form in which the Papers should be presented.
