§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER moved, "That the House, at its rising, should adjourn till Thursday next."
§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEsuggested that as there was a general understanding that no Evening Sitting should be taken, the Motion should be so framed as to render it unnecessary for the Speaker to attend at 9 o'clock.
§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERsaid, the difficulty would be got over by some hon. Member at 7 o'clock moving that the House should then adjourn.
§ Motion agreed to.
