With reference to the statement of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, that invitations to the Congress had been addressed to the Powers who were signatories to the Treaties of 1856 and 1871, he will remember that a short time ago he stated that the Government had taken steps to secure the representation of Greece—I wish to know, Whether any official invitation has been sent to Greece?
