STARKIEasked the Secretary of State for War, Whether Adjutants of Yeomanry, appointed under the old regulations, are to be granted the same steps in promotion of a Majority as the Adjutants of Militia appointed under the old regulations, and holding their appointments permanently, the same as Adjutants of Yeomanry?
§ COLONEL STANLEY, in reply, said, that the question was at present under the consideration of the Committee appointed to consider the matter, and he should prefer waiting until the Report of that Committee was received before he made any statement on the subject.
