§ SIR HENRY SELWIN-IBBETSON,in reply, said, the Report of the Select Committee referred to contained so many suggestions and recommendations 222 which required careful consideration, that he was afraid it would be hardly possible for the Government to come to any definite conclusion on the matter while the work of the Session was going on.
