ASSHETON CROSS,in reply, said, he had consulted the Reformatory Inspector in reference to the subject of the Question, and that gentleman had informed him that, in his opinion, there had not been a sufficient number of refusals to admit to justify the proposal of the hon. Member. He should be very happy to place the Report confidentially in the hands of the hon. Member if he wished it.
