asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland, considering the advanced period of the Session, and that there would be considerable discussion on the Grand Jury Law Amendment (Ireland) Bill, If it be his intention to proceed further with this Bill this Session?

MR. J. LOWTHER

I am afraid that the circumstances to which the hon. Gentleman refers will make it impossible to proceed with the Bill. I shall, therefore, take an early opportunity of moving that the Order be discharged.
