§ MR. W. E. FORSTERasked the Secretary to the Treasury, When he will be able to put the Amendments to be introduced into the Contagious Diseases (Animals) Bill on the Table; and, whether he hopes to be able to circulate amongst hon. Members the Orders in Council before the Bill goes into Committee?
§ SIR HENRY SELWIN-IBBETSON, in reply, said, he hoped to be able to place the Amendments on the Table that evening, and they would be printed and circulated immediately. With regard to the other part of the Question, he had communicated with the Privy Council on the subject, and the Orders would be laid on the Table as soon as possible; but he was unable to say if it would be before the Bill went again into Committee.
