asked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether the Government has determined upon any method for subjecting the Criminal Code (Indictable Offences) Bill to a full and complete revision; and, if so, whether he will state what course is intended to be pursued?

asked Mr. Attorney General, If he would cause the explanatory Memorandum on the Criminal Law Amendment Bill, by Sir James Stephen, which appeared recently in the "Times" newspaper, to be printed as a Parliamentary Paper, and circulated to Members?

, in reply, said, that, before the hon. Member's Question had appeared on the Paper, he had determined to print as a Parliamentary Paper the Memorandum referred to.
