§ MR. SCLATER - BOOTH,in reply, said, that in the Bill referred to by the hon. Baronet, which he hoped would be in the hands of hon. Members on, if not before, Saturday, he had introduced a clause which would enable County Boards, among other things, to mate regulations as to the width of the wheels of vehicles.
