§ MR. GERARD NOEL,in reply, said, that his attention had been called to the Bill, and the Government did not approve of the construction of the proposed road into Hyde Park.
§ SIR HENRY JAMESgave Notice that if the Government did not oppose the Bill, as he hoped they would, he should call attention at the proper time to what he considered an abuse of the procedure of this House.
