MR. RITCHIE movedThat the Chairman be directed to move the House, that leave be given to bring in a Bill to enable Incumbents of parishes or ecclesiastical districts, or Ministers in charge of the same, to permit Interments in Churchyards with a religious service other than that of the Church of England, or without any religious service.

MR. DILLWYN

said, that he had an objection to this Bill; but in deference to the feeling of the House he would not oppose its introduction, though he hoped that a different course would next year be taken in regard to the introduction of Bills.
