§ Resolved, That this House will, To-morrow resolve itself into a Committee to consider the Savings and Deficiencies upon the Grants for Navy and Army Services in the year ending on the 31st day of March 1877, and the temporary sanction obtained from the Treasury by the Navy and Army Departments to Expenditure not provided for in the Grants for that year.
§ Ordered, That the Appropriation Accounts for the Navy and Army Departments which were presented upon the 18th day of February and the 12th day of March last, be referred to the Committee.—(Sir Henry Selwin-Ibbetson.)
