That a sum, not exceeding £88,245, be granted to Her Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31at day of March 1879, for the Royal Parks and Pleasure Gardens.

§ LORD EUSTACE CECILhoped the Motion would not be pressed, and that the Committee would proceed with the Votes. It was impossible for Business to be carried through unless the Committee proceeded.
