§ MR. SCLATER-BOOTH, in reply, said, that the Valuation Bill had been brought in at the same time with the other two Bills, and clauses had been prepared to adapt it to the provisions of the County Government Bill. He did not think there was any hurry to print those clauses until greater progress had been made with the County Government Bill. Those clauses, however, were quite ready.
