BOURKESir, I am sorry to say that Her Majesty's Government have received, both from the Minister at Constantinople, and also our Minister at Athens, an announcement of the melancholy fact that Mr. Ogle has been murdered, and Her Majesty's Representatives have been instructed to use all their efforts to ascertain the particulars with respect to the occurrence.
