(Abolition of Duties on appointments to benefices.)
After the passing of this Act the Duties charged under the Act thirty-three and thirty-four Victoria, chapter ninety-seven, upon appointment, whether by way of donation, presentation, or nomination, and admission, collation, or institution to, or licence to hold any benefice specified in Schedule B to this Act shall cease to he payable.
