MR. ASSHETON CROSS

said, the Committee on the Prisons Bill would be proceeded with on Monday, and that the second reading of the Prisons (Scotland) Bill would be the next Order.

In reply to General Sir GEORGE BALFOUR,

MR. W. H. SMITH

said, that the Maritime Contracts Bill would follow those mentioned by the right hon. Gentleman, and that the Mutiny Bill would not be taken after 12 o'clock.
