§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERThis Correspondence, Sir, was moved for last night or early this morning by my right hon. Friend the Member for the City of London (Mr. Goschen), and we propose to lay it on the Table; but we have not received the answer of of the Porte to the joint representation of the French and English Ministers, and until that is received there will be some delay in its production.
