ASSHETON CROSS, in reply, said, that his noble Friend the Lord President of the Council would give Notice in the House of Lords very shortly—probably that evening—of his intention to move for the Select Committee alluded to by his hon. Friend. The same Committee would also consider the kindred question of the storage of water for the use of villages.
