MR. W. H. SMITH

said, he did not intend to proceed with the Valuation of Property Bill (Ireland) Bill on Monday next. He would before bringing it on, confer with hon. Members for Ireland as to what day would be convenient for them.

THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER

said, the Navy Estimates would be proceeded with on Monday, with the Prisons Bill as the second Order.

said, he was sorry he could not proceed with the Universities Bill before Easter.
