§ MR. BOORDasked the Secretary of State for War, Whether, in view of the 1856 assurance he gave at the end of last Session, that the House should have an opportunity of considering the arrangements proposed with regard to the continuation, or otherwise, of the Plum-stead Common Lease, he will arrange that Vote 10 of the Army Estimates shall be taken at a sufficiently early date for that purpose?
MR. GATHORNE HARDY, in reply, said, he could not say when the Army Estimates would come on again, but he was anxious that they should be taken as early as possible, when the hon. Gentleman would have the opportunity he desired.
