§ VISCOUNT SANDONsaid, that the formation of school districts in the Fens about Boston was a matter of no ordinary complication, and he was sorry to say that when he saw his way to a settlement fresh difficulties had arisen. He could not at that moment say how soon the notices would be issued; but no time would be lost, and the difficulties would soon be overcome.
