asked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether the Government propose to take Morning Sittings on Tuesdays only, or on Tuesdays and Fridays ?

THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER,

in reply, said, the Government proposed to take the Tuesdays only at present; but he hoped that the House would by-and-by extend to them the Fridays also.
