§ MR. BOURKESir, with regard to the first Question of the hon. Member, I have to state that Her Majesty's Government have no information as to whether there is any truth in the statement to which he has referred. In reference to the second, I understand the noble Lord the Member for the Radnor Boroughs (the Marquess of Hartington) is about to put a Question to my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on the same subject; and therefore it is not necessary for me to answer the Question of the hon. Member.
