WHALLEYasked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to the European Nations referred to in the Despatch of the Earl of Derby of the 816 6th of May, Whether any one of such Nations, and, if any, which, has expressed concurrence in the policy announced in that Despatch, restricting the operations of Russia in the present contest; and, whether any European Nation or Power, other than and except that of the Papacy, has expressed disapproval of the action of Russia against Turkey?
