HC Deb 26 February 1877 vol 232 c1072

Order for Second Reading read.

DR. CAMERON

, in moving that the Bill be now read a second time, said, that as several hon. Gentlemen seemed to object to Bills being introduced without explanation at so late an hour, he might just say that it had been introduced simply with the object of correcting a mistake which had crept into the Act of last Session.

Motion agreed to.

Bill read a second time, and committed for To-morrow.
