I have received with much satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address.Your assurance that the different measures which will be submitted to you will receive your careful consideration affords Me sincere gratification, and you may rely upon My cordial co-operation in your endeavours to promote the happiness and prosperity of My People in all parts of My Dominions.
