THE LORD ADVOCATEThe Question put by the hon. Member for the Inverness Burghs involves two questions, one relating to procedure in teind cases, and the other, I rather think, intended to comprehend the general question as to the law of teinds. My attention of late has been very specially directed to that law, but it is one which involves numerous and complicated interests, and doubting as I do whether a mere Procedure Bill would remove all causes of complaint, I cannot undertake that a Bill dealing with both these questions will be introduced this Session.
