SIR JAMES M'GAREL-HOGG

moved that the following be the Members of the Committee nominated by the House:—Mr. Gordon, Mr. Watney, Mr. Ashley, Mr. M. Bass, Sir Andrew Lusk, and Sir J. M'Garel-Hogg.

Motion made, and Question proposed, That Mr. Gordon be one of the Members of the Committee on the Thames River (Prevention of Floods) (Sir James M'Garel-Hogg.)

said, he did not consider the proposed constitution of the Committee satisfactory, and moved the Adjournment of the Debate.

seconded the Amendment.
